Staples Water Delivery

For those of you have ordered bottled water from Staples to be delivered to your resort, a few questions:

1) How far in advance do you need to place the order, and if it arrives before you check in, do they hold it?
2) Do you need to notify the resort ahead of time?
3) Will the resort deliver it to your room?

Any other info you can think of I could use would be appreciated.

. . . the Front Desk (Bell Services if Front Desk is too mobbed) will hold it

2) Do you need to notify the resort ahead of time?
. . . no

3) Will the resort deliver it to your room?
. . . you can have Bell Services (Mod and Deluxe) deliver it
. . . you must be in the room to accept it from Bell Services
