staples rewards - big problem

some people get their Staples Rewards in the mail instead of getting them online. Staples had a mailing problem with the ones that went out in the mail this month. It will be addressed to you, but will have someone else's rewards inside. Look carefully if you get them in the mail. You can call and ask to have the correct ones mailed to you (or you can go line and print them).

And before you ask why people would get them in the mail - they used to have coupons for free things that only came with the rewards. Sone people never changed when the rewards became available online.

Thanks, I received one of these mislabeled rewards this week. I have it sitting on my desk here to figure out what to do with it. The really weird thing is the person inside that it is addressed to is a home on the same street as my mom. Where I lived 16 years ago. So strange

I called. They asked for the staples rewards number on the certificates I got. They said they would call that person and ask if she wanted them to mail out a new set.
