Standard and P/G Rooms at BWV...close together?

My parents and sister's family have a 2BR standard reserved at BWV for a week in October. We are hoping to get a P/G 1BR for the same week (as of today, it is showing available) but can't book until mid-March. If we are successful, are there any locations at BWV where we would have a chance of being near each other?

There are P/G rooms across the hall from nearly all of the standard view rooms. Have MS put a note on both reservations requesting that you be assigned close to each other. With some luck, you'll be right across the hall. If you decide to use online check in, be sure to skip the section on requests. Anything you check or add there will wipe out any requests entered by MS. If ending up close to each other is important, make that the only request on both reservations.

Thanks, Carol! I was hoping that was the case...similar to the standards and savanna rooms at Jambo House.

Now I just have to cross my fingers that we can get what we want.

as carol said, tell MS to list both your ressie and theirs as "travel with". When you get your conformation email it will be listed on the left as "travel with" this is how I do all ours.
