I feel bad for all the people who don't own huge amounts of points, like some people do. Although we own more than 100 points, we sold a 25 point contract to someone for whom it was their first DVC contract. They wanted to start small (and they sure did!), then add on in the future. I often think about them and wonder how it all worked out. They were so happy to find a 25 point contract at the resort they wanted. So who else has started modestly?

They'll send you all the paperwork necessary. Believe me, the Diz will take your money wherever you are! SSR and AKV are on the block now ... but lots of resales small and large for the sold out units, like BWV, etc.
( kind of an odd number but we think it gives the contract character). Our primary purpose in purchasing is to vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and 3 granddaughters at Disney every other year
. We want to " pay our way" by using by using 103 points ( two years
) to help offset the points needed for a one week vacation. We have been lifelong Disney addicts and have stayed at a wide range of hotels in and around Disney. The 
I think it is great to have a piece of DVC no matter how many points. Even 5 weeknights in a studio once a year would be better than not getting to Disney at all IMHO.
ummm, I think some of the comments here seem a little negative- I don't think anyone means to be interpreted that way, but thats how I am reading this. My point of view:
