Stamps/Mailing postcards from DL?

Is there a post office or mailing place in or near DL? We'd love to mail the folks back home but don't want to go out of our way to do so!

I don't know about inside DL, but I'm sure your hotel has an outgoing mailbox if you just want to mail a letter/postcard.

One of the coolest things about Disneyland park is that there are real US mail boxes inside the park! Bring stamps (not sure if they sell them) and you can drop your mail in the mail boxes. If you look around there are a few mail boxes placed in the park randomly that are not around Main Street as most of the mail boxes are on Main Street and the circle area around the Walt / Mickey statue.

I think the real mail boxes in the park is a great touch; and understated.

Hmmm... Not sure (I imagine somewhere in DLR they sell stamps) but you could go to the USPS website and order a sheet of stamps for about $8.00 and have them mailed to your home in the Great White North.

Someone here will know where to get stamps either in DLR or on Harbor Blvd. nearby.

We stayed at the DLH and Guest Services sold stamps that they printed off with the castle on them. Very cute. They charge them to your room, so you have to be staying there. I also bought some stamps at one of the DLR stores. I cannot remember which one, but it was from a vending type machine. They were Disney stamps with the characters on them. Guest Services at DLH also told me that there was a stamp machine in the lobby there, but I didn't look for it.

I've purchased stamps in the park on Main Street near The Mad Hatter shop. There were a variety and I bought current priced stamps of Snow White, Ariel, Mickey Mouse and several others. I meant to keep them as a souvenir but ended up sending Cinderella several letters...LOL

i know for sure there is a mailbox in the main hub facing tomorrowland.

there is also one on the right hand side after you enter the gate of DCA.

bear in mind these dropboxes are operated by disneyland, not the USPS. they are collected and forwarded to the anaheim PO. there may be an additional delay because of this

I mailed a letter from DLR and didn't notice a delay.

You can buy stamps in the locker area on Main Street. I think they only had booklets but I could be wrong and they weren't especially cute ones, but still easy to get too

Main Street has a wall Mailbox towards the front and a standard street one in the middle of MS.

Main Street has one hanging on a pole about half way down the street on the right hand side. Just perfect height for a 4 1/2 year old to konk a head on. No kidding...we spent the next 45 minutes in first aid with a ice pack...we're going again in April and she sure isn't going to forget where it is. She'll duck this time!!!
