How was your trip Renee!!!!
(this was her first experience with a wheelchair and I think the "loss of being in control" was too much for her to handle.)
, so that was pretty bad. I actually had to bow out of two days of touring because I was so bad.

Glad you had some fun Renee. Dana's growing up fast, what grade is she going into now?
I know next year when we go to Disney in May we're bringing a stock of tennis shoes, socks, sweaters, and rain ponchos![]()

But the seats were great - we could see everything - Jordin Sparks and "Honor Society" opened and they were terrific too. We all had a WONDERFUL time - even the DADS!
Hi Mandy!
Dana's going to be a junior in HS and is turning "SWEET 16"!
We took her to her first concert last week to celebrate - She, her friend and family and Bob & I (8 in total) went to see the JONAS BROTHERS! It was a blast, although we had seats in THE LAST ROW at the Izod Center! What a steep hike up those steps!!But the seats were great - we could see everything - Jordin Sparks and "Honor Society" opened and they were terrific too. Aww prom will be here before you know it.
The seats don't look to bad judging by the pictures. How are your ears though after the Jonas Brothers?![]()
We were in the absolute last row of the Izod Center. It was hysterical. I had to stop a few times to catch my breath on the climb up! But there isn't a "bad seat" in the arena, so we were fine. Dana had hoped to be closer (as in, touching.
lol) but they were the best seats available, even after having a "pre sale perk" because of my credit card AND having them add a concert! Those young men certainly have a following!!
My ears survived - lots of screaming, but we had quiet people around us. lol
Good luck with the interview! I hope you get it!Hey Friends!! I'm glad to see you all!! Renee it sounds like you had a good trip even if it was a little different! We went Memorial Day week and had a blast in spite of the rain. We stayed at Coronado Springs and loved it. I still haven't found a full time job but I am working part time which has been nice to be off some with the girls this summer. I have an interview for a full time position on Tuesday morning..please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I have booked us a quick 3 night trip in Nov for MVMCP...I got a Free Dining PIN & $60 flights down so we're going to get to see the castle lit up for Christmas! The girls don't know yet. We're going to wait until closer to the trip to tell them. Again it's good to see you all on here again!!

You sound like me, except now I'm looking at upgrading my camera again after two years. I get to plenty of shows so it's time for an upgrade at Christmas of course.
Anyone ever been to Isle of Palms, SC? I'm going there for a weekend in September and have never been in that so I have no clue what i'm getting into except music, friends, drinking, and no sleep for two days.
I would love to go to Disney in the winter time but till college is done I ain't going, May was good enough for me. Go in May for Disney, do CMA Fest in June, it all works out perfectly.![]()

Never been there, but I JUST YESTERDAY finished reading "Isle of Palms" by Dorethea Benton Frank! Let me know what you think of it in person!![]()
It's my first time at the beach too so I'm excited.I will. I'm going for a two day concert event and meeting up with a bunch of my friends. I feel sorry for SC after we terrorize it.It's my first time at the beach too so I'm excited.

No I haven't. My goal is once I get a job in Music Row and have the money is go to the Bahamas.

She must have been on the early part of the June trip, before we arrived!
Just back from Manhattan for a few days to finish celebrating Dana's Sweet 16. Saw "Mary Poppins" on Broadway - FRONT ROW SEATS and got to meet the cast afterwards. It was terrific!![]()
