well, free dining was announced today, unfortunately, it doesn't help us as we start our vacation 2 days before. I tried every combination I could think of and none of them were any better than the 40%

The place I bought the pins from was mousepinsonline(dot)com

about half the pins were smaller than the normal $8 ones you would buy at the park, but according tot he website, they are all trade-able

Kari.... we are planning on going to DTD one day... at least thats the plan... if we do get there I will be sure to take some photos.... by the way your pin is on the way.... put it in the mail on Saturday..... I hope he likes it..... anyone else need anything while I am there next week......

It never helps me out. We have always gone a few weeks before bounceback free dining, and can't get down there during regular free dining. OH WELL!! We don't plan to buy DDP next trip unless things change drastically. They took away so much that it isn't that great of a deal... especially since Tucker will be an "adult" in a few weeks! Next time we will be strictly OOP... and eating a lot more fast food.

If you see a "Madame Alexander" Tinkerbell doll, will you jot down the price and location? Dana swears she saw one last year - can't remember where - and really would like one. I told her we would look in June, but I don't want it to become the focus of the trip. lol

Don't go out of your way looking - just in case you are in a shop with dolls, glance over if you have time. lol Thanks, Wendy!

I will have Maggie with me....of course I will be in shops where there are dolls..... we will take a look and see what we can find.....

we are planning lots of girl stuff this trip.... I am excited... still have so much to do....

sure... if you can make it here to Syracuse and there is room in the suitcase as of now there is plenty of room as I HAVE NOT PACKED A THING!!!!! I am really behind this trip... work is so busy...I guess I could spend the time packing that I spend on the DIS but that's not any fun......

We take a credit card with us for emergencies, but don't want to use it for getting through the trip. and B) by having the TS credits and making the ADRs, it forced us to stop and relax for an hour. Without needing to "use our credits" we would eat fast food the entire week, and push ourselves too hard. That little forced break each night made the world of difference.

I can't believe you haven't packed yet. I thought I was the only one who waited until the day before to pack... usually finishing up around 2AM! But glad to hear you have plenty of work to do. Is the market in your area still strong? Wynn was looking at a new job in Chapel Hill a few months ago, and the commute would have been between 1-1.5 hours. I was getting panicky thinking we may have to sell the house and move. There are 5 houses in my neighborhood for sell, and 2 have been listed over a year.

I'll pack last minute I won't have a choice but to do that. I have three days between the time I get home from Nashville till the time we have to leave to go back to Nashville to fly out.

I don't know if any of you are Biggest Loser fans or not but if you are please vote to keep Roger. He went to elementary school and college with DH & I. He is a really great guy! And he got fired from his job as an Assistant Athletic Director at a small state college because he was gone to the show too long!! They knew there was a possibility that he could be gone for a while. Anyway of course we want him to win the $250K.

Please be praying for my sister, Mary Ann. I have told you about her way back when, but she has terminal cancer of the liver, which has spread throughout her body. She went to her Dr today to get results from her last tests, and they said the cancer has grown noticeably in her liver, and her chemo is no longer working. She will begin a new course of chemo on Mon which has a 1 in 3 success rate... success being 6 months. She needs all the prayers she can get.

I want to go to Aquatica but it's not worth the money and it's not as cool as they advertised.
