I love your pictures from the past...that is such a cute one of Markie Plus I am learning about all the rides/places that used to be at Disney World.

And just in case anyone wants to know: we fly out in 26 days, 7 hours and 26 minutes.

Love the t-shirts from the Disney Outlet. I wish we had one of those around here.

I wish they would restore Journey into the Imagination to its original grandeur. I think I went on it when I was a kid, but can't really remember it. I've watched it on youtube, but it's just not the same.

The original was great; I believe back then it was supported by Kodak if I'm not mistaken.

Kathy, praying your somewhere having fun and it is DRY! The game day pics looked like such a ownderufl tie and I loved Mark and his silly hats...he just knows how to have fun wherever and whatever he is doing. I have one of those...

We are fine here. We've' had nothing but sunshine and 80 degrees; tomorrow it is supposed to be sunny and 78. How is it by you? Are you in the path? I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Markie was a cutie patootie. Okay, to be honest, he still is, but we won't tell him that. I miss some of the rides that are no longer there -- World of Motion, Horizons, the Original Figment.

Yes, you are not too far from the Disney Store. Me... it still is quite far. It can take over 2 hours to get there if traffic is not cooperating. That is why the only time I get up there is if I have to be up in Seattle anyway.

Yesterday we went to a German restaurant for dinner with very good friends and had a wonderful time. Today we went shopping in Long Grove, a historic old town with lots of little shops. Unfortunately, with the economy a lot of the shops have closed because the business is not there. But we did go to the soap shop and I got two bars of Ocean Breeze soap (smells wonderful), we went to the Apple Store and got Mark some Apple Butter and I had an apple cider donut -- yummy. We then went to the candy store and he got some caramel dark chocolate candy which he said was very good and the other candy store he got some root beer barrels that he likes to suck on. They are opening a new Halloween store and a Christmas store (the original Christmas store had a fire two years ago and they have yet to reopen) so we will be going back late October.

Four weeks from today at this exact time, we will be leaving the pool at Old Key West to change and go to Extra Magic Hours at the MK.

Sounds like a wonderful day! Can't beat the weather here today!!! We visited Long Grove years ago. Haven't been back since but when you said the words apple butter well I'm almost running out the door. We've ate at the Nashville House in Nashville, Indiana, and they serve these hot biscuits that they serve apple butter with. OMG I could eat the whole basket!!!!!! Perhaps I have ate half the basket. Enjoy your week and counting down to your trip.
