what is the current price per point? What are the current incentives??

$95 per point is base. Incentives are either $10 off per point, with first points coming in 2005, or you pay $95 and get a set of Developer's Points as your 2004 allocation. The Developer's Points are to be used at any DVC resort EXCEPT SSR, and they expire sometime in the Fall of '05 (maybe 10/31/05) regardless of the Use Year of the points you purchase.

That's what they are offering to new members. Not sure how they are handling add-ons now. In the past they have used a minimum threshold of 100 pts to take advantage of incentives with an add-on.
