SSR/Waitlist question

Ok, I am going to try and explain this question the best I can, hope I am not confusing !!

Is MS allowing ressies for SSR building that are not open? Or are they only making ressies for those additional rooms when they actually open.

We are waitlisted for Dec and I am wondering if when the additional buildings become available (if they aren't already) if that will free up rooms elsewhere, people trying to try out the new place?

I have a 1bd for 11/28-12/4 at SSR. I am waitlisted for VWL. if I get VWL then I know that will be one room that will open.

From what I understand is they will make ressies based on a planned opening. I am in construction and you have a real good idea at 6mo out if you will open in time. (Even at 3 weeks out hotels will look far from finished.)

Also from what I understand (which might not be much,) is that they will only make point ressies based on the units that have sold into member inventory. I guess this means that if there are 3 empty buildings that no one has purchased they will stay empty no matter how many members are wanting to stay.
