SSR to DD

We are staying at SSR in October. We are excited about being so close to DD.

Does anyone know when the shops open in the morning, and when they close at night?

I did not find any hours listed at DisneyWorld.com. Orlandoonline list the hours as 9:30am to 11:00pm. Pleasure Island is open until 2:00am
