SSR - requesting room

Hi - we are off to SSR in May and would like to request a certain building. How should I go about doing this? We've been to the Poly before and I sent a fax to them about 5 days before we arrived. Any help would be welcome. Thanks.

You need to add it your reservation - so you will need to contact whoever you booked through.

You can also ask again at check in- as SSR is such a big resort they will do their best to accommodate you. I'd recommend the grandstand area- very close to the carriage house(main building) and has a nice pool too

Welcome to the forums, discat. We've always been very successful in having our requests met at SSR. For the best chance, though, I do suggest having your requests added to your reservation. That way, they can be taken into account by the room assignor before you arrive. If you wait until check-in, the CM can only help out if what you want is still available.
