SSR Question ....

Never stayed at SSR before and am very excited about my upcoming trip.

Can anyone reccomend a building to request that is close to the main areas and bus stop. I will be all by myself with my 7 month son and would prefer to be as close to things (food & buss, possibly pool) if possible.

I was wondering the same thing and posted a similar question a few weeks ago...I also called my guide to ask his advice...My guide says the Springs section is the closest to the main pool and eating....Grandstand is also just a short walk....The people that posts replies to my question also listed the Springs and the Grandstand...

We are staying for our first time next July...I just boooked our 10 night trip...We really want to be near the main pool because we are going in July and we have two small kids that love to swim (and would love the zero entry pool area)...DH wants to be close to the food...Transporation is not really an issue because we will have a car...Based on that information the Springs and Grandstand were most recommended to us.

Springs and Grandstand (some building more than others) will have you closest to the Carriage House, pool & food. Check out the map: http://www.wdwinfo.com/resortmaps/Saratoga.htm

3501-3836 in Springs would be a good location.

8501-8836 in Grandstand would put you closest to Carriage House and next to Grandstand pool (and pool bar )

OP, mention it when you make your ressie and when you check in remind them that you're traveling alone with a baby. I'm sure they'll do their best to get you something convenient
