SSR Laundry question leaving in 12 hours

I hoping this is the right place to post this as this is a DVC resort if not MODS please feel free to move it!

I am leaving in 12 hours for my long awaited trip to WDW and we are staying at SSR for the first time. We are staying in a 1 Bedroom Villa. Is there laundry machines (washer/dryer) in the 1 Bedroom suites? Or are they located in a different building?

You will have a stackable washer and dryer in a closet. It means you can pack light and wash often! We like that plan, and often go on a 10 day DVC trip with just a small carry-on type bag for each of us.

Bring your own detergent or purchase some when you arrive since you'll only get a single use box of Tide when you check in and then again on trash and towel/full cleaning day (every four days). You will need more, plus if you like fabric softener of softener sheets, you'll want to bring them as well.

Sometimes you won't even get it on T&T day (at least I didn't last time at BCV and when I called housekeeping they said you only get it at checkin. ) Ziplock baggies of dry detergent (sized for 1 load) work great though.

I usually go the Ziploc dry detergent route also......takes up far less room and will fit between folded clothes easily......double bag to avoid any spills in your luggage.

I usually take dryer sheets instead of downy, or sometimes one of those dryer balls.

I also take a pop-up hamper (the kind they sell for dorm rooms this time of year). It takes up very little luggage space and keeps dirty clothes together.

Last time I took an Oxyclean laundry ball, and it was so easy to pack.
