Folks, a little help please.

Are there good views in The Grandstand section of SSR? Which group of buildings would you recommend? We've only stayed in Congress Park on other trips.

You will have views of the golf course that surrounds the buildings. I am not sure of the building number, but try for the two with room numbers from 8100 - 8400 range, and 8500 - 8800 range. These are next to the themed Grandstand pool and is just a short walk to the Main pool, restaurants and Carraige House.

We stayed at Grandstand this past August. Loved it. Our balcony overlooked the golf course and when we opened our front door, we had a perfect view of the Grandstand pool. It's our new favorite section!

Some of the 88 rooms have views of the carriage house driveway where the ME buses come in. We had room 8812 and this overlooked the carriage house, We actually enjoyed this room as some of DTD lights were seen through the trees and we enjoyed watching people coming and going. The golf course was undergoing work while we were there so no one was playing on that course. I had simply requested GS with upper floor and near pool which is exactly what we got.

EdK35, I can't remember!!! I just asked my husband and kids and they can't remember either! When you check-in, just say "hey, I would like to request the room that the Turner family from MA stayed in in August". Seriously though, I have to start remembering the room #'s.
