SSR Check-Out Question?

Hello!

I rented points from a DVC member for October & I have a question about Check-Out.

Does SSR offer Express Check-Out, like the other resorts??

On the day we check-out, I have a PS at CRT for 8:05 and I need to leave as soon as possible & don't want to stop at the front desk to check-out.

Does anyone know if I'll need to go to the front desk or can it be avoided.

give them your credit card when you check in and then you have check the little box for express check out.

I'm glad to hear this. It gives us a little extra sleeping time.

We actually are going to MNSSHP the night before & then we have to get up around 6:00am to get ready & make it to CRT on time !

Horrible planning on my part, but it was the only day we had available for CRT & my daughter really wants to go.

Just an FYI on mickeys halloween party..

I thought it was much MUCH more crowded for the party than any other day/night we went.

Even though we will be going to disney around the time of the party it is something we will definately pass on.

just my 2 cents...

We just came back form our first stay at SSR and everything was great but I have to warn you about express check out, I wake early and was expecting to see our bill on the door but to my surprise no bill. It was 5 am so I thought I'd wait to see if it came by 6am. Nope! So I walked down to the Carriage House to get my bill and the CM was just getting them printed and in to their folders for delivery at 6:15am. I checked while we were leaving and I saw them putting the bills on people's door's at close to 7:15. This may have been a misque while I was there due to SSR still getting the kinks out but just thought I'd warn you.

Thanks for the heads up!! I'll contact the front desk the night before we check-out to verify when the bills are sent. If it's too late or the front desk isn't sure, we'll just have to get up a little earlier !

We've actually gone to MVMCP (Christmas Party) several times so we know what to expect as far as crowds. Some nights it was crowded and some were very light crowds. I've actually bought tickets for 2-nights at MNSSHP just in case it is crowded and we can get more done.

My son's favorite holiday in Halloween and he is really looking forward to the party, so skipping it is not an option !

Absolutely correct. We were packing to head to the airport at 6:00 AM and the bill hadn't arrived yet. I called the front desk and the very kind CM said that "The delivery for your building isn't until 7:00". I was going to make some crack about why they needed to schedule building specific deliveries when at the time there were only 2 buildings open but I let it drop. They printed one for me and I stopped to pick it up at the front desk.
