SSR Artist's Palette quick question

Does anyone know if the omelettes at Artist's Palette (or even the scrambled eggs) are made to order? Since being diagnosed with celiac disease, this is the first time I am staying somewhere without a full service restaurant for breakfast. If it is made to order we should be able to eat there. We tried to contact them, but couldn't get through.

The scrambled eggs are not. I don't know if you could request them made to order because of your dietary restrictions, but as a general rule they are mass produced.
