SR - Trouble Tickets

Unfortanately I have had to do my first trouble ticket. I know Tricia is very busy with the site and don't expect immediate response, but what is the average time it takes to get acknowledgement on a trouble ticket? I have always done the freebies and clicks and wouldn't you know it, the first time I go shopping through the site, it never credits . Just my luck. Hoping to get it resolved.

I put a trouble ticket in on Monday and heard back from Trish yesterday (Tuesday)!

I posted one a couple weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet. I think it all depends on when she hears back from the advitiser/merchant

Yep. I haven't done it THAT many times, maybe 5 or 6 over the last 9 months, but sometimes it takes a couple days, Sometimes it takes a month or two- all depends on the merchant or advertiser.

I hate having to send one. Like I have not been credited yet for Men's Health. It hasn't been very long but at the same time I want to get credited before I cancel. It is hard because I know we shouldn't put them in until 30 days but then I would have long since cancelled. Ya know? She is always so nice though and gets back to people pretty fast on trouble tickets.
