SR - Shopping credits

Question for those more experienced (or perhaps Trish). I have done 4 shopping credits since early January. At this time only the last one I did is showing up "pending". I know there is a number of days that we are told that it should take to credit - my question is how long before you see that it is "pending"? The one that shows came up really quick, but I still have 3 not showing at all.

If a shopping is not showing up within 10 days on its own, something is wrong. They do sometimes take up to a week because some merchants will not post until they ship. But if it has been 10 days, you definitely should file a trouble ticket.

Thanks sunshinegirl! Watch for my trouble tickets to come through - I didn't want to file to early and cause you extra work.
