I received credit within 24 hours. You had to cancel within 10 days to get your $19.95 refunded. It took a long time to get through on the phone, but once I did, it was easy to cancel.

I did this through QR and got right through when I called. It was very easy to cancel and my credit card was refunded in a few days. I called in the morning right away so maybe that is why I got right through!

Hmm. I signed up through SR on 2/6 and still haven't gotten credit. Everything else I've signed up for has been credited with lightning speed. I'll give a couple more days and see what happens...

I signed up on the 7th & haven't gotten my credit either--hence my question. Most everything else I signed up for around that time has credited, so that is why I'm worried about this one. That $7.00 would be nice to have toward the contest.

I put in a trouble ticket, so I know Tricia is aware of it.
