I just noticed the link at the bottom of the Big Board page showing previous month's earnings. Wow, what an eyeopener for earnings (and possibly the competitiveness of a contest!) potential!

I was wondering when people were going to notice that. There's a big reason that it is there...

We are extending the Big Board permanently! Only we are going to add some twists and turns to it to make it more fun for everyone. A hint for March is that we will still be giving away the same three prizes but they will NOT be to the first, second, and third place finishers.....

WOW! What a difference a month makes!! I was going to ask if you could at least keep it to see what we're doing each month, but permanently is even better! Can't wait to see what the contest is for March!!

Yeah, I was 15 last month, but 55 this month! Hey-I don't mind one bit!! I love these reward sites! Wish I would have found out about them sooner!!

wow! I was #9 last month!! Too bad I went down to #90. Got "burned" by some big offers so I slowed down a bit on offers...but you have to love the 10% back from Disney!

Wow! I was #7 last month! Number #49 this month.

I have to take a break too. I have to tell you guys, I'm just putting it at there----we are going thru a home loan process right now. My credit got dinged last fall/early this winter because I did a Lending Tree offer & the Privacy Matters. The loan officer asked me why I had FIFTY TWO inquiries on my credit report in such a short amount of time....I only opened 1 credit card last fall.....the rest is from me signing up with those offers. I went from about an 800 credit score to high 600s. The loan officer said it will correct itself, but boy, lesson learned.

I'm in no way blaming anyone, I just didn't know that would affect one's credit score; but it does with those kind of things where a whole bunch of people are looking at your credit at once.

We do however need to buy all new kitchen appliances. I want to go window shop at Best Buy and Sears, and then come home and click thru SR to order them. Then that can get me a Target gift card to go buy little things for the house.

Tricia- a small comment from the peanut gallery....would you consider perhaps adding Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel as a cash out gift card option? Thank you!

Question...do you think the 52 times was from the credit score trials (Privacy Matters, car loan apps, etc) or just any trial?? I did know that anytime you get a credit score it reflects on your history, therefore causing your score to go down....but just curious if you know it was caused by those needing your SSN or just any trial...can they get your credit score w/o your SSN??

Each time someone looks at your credit score including yourself it effects you. I don't believe you can check credit with out a SS# I know I had a lot of inquirys on my credit report and it effected it. I know it takes a couple of years to come off.

JenK- it's only those trials that involve some sort of credit check. Something like ordering books from Scholastic or lets say that Silver Auction one is not going to affect your credit in any way. It's because the privacy matters and lending tree are actually looking at your credit that it makes a difference.

I also need to be more careful. No credit score is worth 8 bucks. My husband would just kill me if I brought our credit score down as we will probably look for a new house in a year or 2. So I will not do those privacy matter ones anymore.

Yep, I never do the credit check ones for that reason.

It was a fabulous idea! I don't know why we didn't add it sooner.

We are adding some new cashout options as well. My mom is doing some work for me now (yea!) since she can't go back to her regular job. I figured that I have some low stress busy work for her on SR. She is, as we speak, going through all of our redemption options and finding new ones that we can easily add that people will be interested in based on what people currently cash out for. I would expect to see them all up in the next week or so. When we want to make changes or add new things, we act quickly!!

I don't see this, and I have posted everything through midnight last night. If our order went through okay, go ahead and file a trouble ticket. I have 10 disputes in with Disney already and a few more to file. Their rep said that they would get back with me by March 7 about all of them.

Did anyone sneak a peak at the twist on the leaderboard yet?
