SR (Sunshine Rewards) is a rewards program that many DISers are joining in order to help fund their WDW vacations. You can sign up for the program here: http://www.sunshinerewards.com/ and there is no need to get a referral in order to join. You will receive a $2 sign up bonus in your account for joining.

The program is similar to other rewards programs that basically pay you to read and respond to emails, click thru banners on their website, sign up for tril programs and shop online at various name-brand sites thru their shopping portal. When you see a thread that says SR .03, or SR .03 click, a DISer is posting to let others know that there is a 3¢ click thru on the website.

The program rewards points can be cashed in for a variety of giftcards, Disney Dollars and cash thru PayPal. You must earn a minimum of $20 for your first cashout. There are special cashout promotions every once in a while where Disney Giftcards are available for fewer Sunshine Rewards Dollars than the face value of the GC.
