thank you all for the well wishes and prayers, it is greatly appreciated.

talked with my mom last night, and he continues to get more alert each day, and phasing him off the breathing tube.

also is able to move around more and move limbs better and such.

thanks very much, actually grandma is heading to FL with my aunt she is doing so well they are staying on the beach in a condo for a week.
hope she doesnt try and give those spring breakers a run for there money.

the inn is really nice and we enjoy getting away there one weekend trips.

she is doing good just getting over a little stuffy nose right now.

parker is doing good, he gives baby kisses and hugs each day...and always talks about the baby in mamas belly.

Chapter 33. A broken MK bus hurts the AK bus?

Welcome to the start of our second week at disney...

Sorry it has been a few weeks since a disney update, but have had alot going on, barely time to check others threads let alone time to finish a update.



the day started like every other wake by about 7:00 eat breakfast give parker his morning present, head out the door and catch the bus.

well all sounds easy enough until you catch the bus.

we were on the bus that took us to WL which is the location of the AK bus that WL and FW share.

we wait and wait and wait and wait. you get the idea.

finally people are fed up and a guy asks the epcot bus what is taking so long, he said a bus broke down on the MK resort loop that was taking people to the MK? huh i thought they had the monorail to take them, what do they need a MK bus for.

anyway he said that our bus was stuck behind them. and it would be here soon.

after our 30 minute wait for a bus finally it came, and that driver told us the same story.
not sure about it, but they were on the same page with each other so i guess it happened.

we arrived at our destination.

the morning show had started, and this was the first time i have ever seen it take place at the front, i have always seen it at the tree every other trip, so not sure what was going on there.

we quickly made our way to the safari, and got FP for later and got in line to ride.

when we came around the corner the driver said that normally there is another one that hangs out around there, and she was looking for him asking if anyone sees him, when parker shouts out

"that way"
he was hiding behind a tree, and when we moved a little farther forward we could see him.

the baby elephant was getting ready to scratch and inch

got that perfect position.

does anyone know why these little fellows are pinkish color when the babies are white?

i know but i will let you guys guess.

after the ride of saving our little elephant friend it was time for a jungle trek.



im wonder how the conversation between this little guys parents went.

dad horse looking thing to mama horse looking thing:

"your telling me that our zebra mailman had nothing to do with how he looks?"

who says the wild doesnt co mingle on reproduction.
(actually they told us what was going on there i just forget)


after the jungle trek, we split up and the parents went to get more FP's and we took parker to the rafiki planet watch.

they saw devin on there way.

not sure where her head is.
still cant see it, where does she have it.

ahh there it is.

waiting for our train to arrive...parker got his mister fan that we bought at home for 5 bucks instead of the 20 dollar one disney offers.
he loved it...and it worked great in this hot park.

can you tell he is excited to ride the train.

we were told that the rhinos eat 150lbs of hay each night.

an easy hidden mickey once you get inside the building.

i looked for more but could not find any.

sadly pohcahontas (sp) was not out yet.

but we did get to pet some goats.

that is about all i have time for right now, and about at my image limit.

so what happened next that was a first for me and candi at AK, and something we plan to do each trip, it is 2 things actually.
