Squeezebox radio and WiFI internet access at BWV

We have a squeezebox radio and would like to bring it along on our trip. Does anyone know if we would be able to use it in our room? Any special equipment? Cost as a DVC member? Sorry but I am not internet savy. Thanks

My understanding is that squeezebox uses WiFi to stream audio from the Internet. Disney guest rooms do not have wireless Internet access. You would need to bring your own wireless access point to install within the room.

Also you would probably need a laptop computer in order to initialize the Internet service on a daily basis. Disney Internet service requires that users acknowledge a service agreement on a daily basis before the service will initialize.

I don't believe that it will allow you to simply plug in the wireless access point and simply work right out of the box.

Tim is correct, you need a computer to authorize your internet account each day.
