Just a fly by post!

This morning before leaving for work I heaved a big sigh and went to check FP+ for 7DMT. Logged, picked the date hit the Select New Time and my eyes drift away and then when I come back I had a 'what the heck moment' when I see our names and icons and then I focused in and saw it was allowing me to choose a different time!!!!!!

So I have a new 7DMT FP+ time of 11-12pm!!! That works out so well for us and I'm pretty estatic!!

Also happy to NOT have to check anymore. (Sorry I'm going to whine a bit here lol) It was sooo annoying as I wouldn't leave the change window open and would always close it(after hearing stories of glitches and people losing things I just wanted to be SAFE). And then of course you have to login in again after a certain amount of time. And Im also checking to pull in my Ohana time so it was just bothersome jumping back and forth. And now I can just leave Ohana open in another window and I don't have to stress about our first morning at Disney!

So so so happy! Andy emailed me at work and asked if I was still grinning about it. I was!!! ​

Thanks for the info about the hotel We've stayed at the Sleep Inn before and I have no complaints. We only stayed there for sleeping, and got up super early for our flight, but the shuttle to the airport was always great and the rooms were clean. I can't remember if you said you've stayed there before or not, so just wanted to share my experience in case you haven't.

Further exciting New Fantasyland news! On top of the better time I got for my 7DMT FP+ I got a BOG FP! I didn't get the official invitation from Disney just been watching the website and finally yesterday it had times for me! Of course wanting to go on day one there wasn't many time slots, infact only two! The first one was 10:35!! Yeah, too early! But thankfully the other was 1:45 - 2:15 which will mostly work out for us I think. Only planning on having dessert, must have the Grey Stuff (Its delicious!) and maybe an app if we are hungry So it's all coming together! Yay!

Although when I told Andy about the BOG FP he laughed and then said we were only a month away he thought I had everything booked already! Oh how little he knows! lol

Apparently even if you are only taking the Magical Express when you leave Disney you still get the booklet and luggage ties! So got even more Mickey Mail last week which was awesome. (And yes, I won't put the tags on the bags until we leave Disney since we are going to Universal first).

Ooooh, don't think I shared this but here is the Pocahontas phone case I ordered online!

It is still pretty and I need to stop myself from ordering more!

So I was checking out some of my usual Disney sites and I came across the fact that they have started to put up the christmas icicle lights on Cinderella Castle. And you know what that means? The dreaded crane!!! Its not out yet, the article said it would probably be there mid to late September. So my Sept friends just a heads up!! but I looked at last years info on it and it was there Sep 13 to Sep 27 only so thats not too bad and I think most of you will get some non-crane days.

Anyways I was wondering if any of you are on instagram? If so, and you want to share, please let me know and I'll add you. I've had an account for awhile but only used it to stay in touch with my nephew but I've started to get into it more. My handle is Bloogoblin incase you want to follow me. I'm thinking I'll be posting stuff while on our trip!

Yay for BoG!!! My FP email came about 20 days out so maybe you'll still get the email! FYI- everytime I logged in it only showed me 2 times, and each time I log in it shows 2 diff ones! So if you want something a little earlier log in again and go to "replace" and you can see what times it gives you, you won't loose yours if you decide you don't like what it gives you and it asks you if you want to keep the meal you already selected! I did it like 3 times in a row until I got the time I wanted!

I was just reading that the crane was due to go up today through the 21st, weather permitting! It's not up yet but maybe they do it overnight? We shall see tomorrow I guess! Either way I'm happy it won't be up all, if any of our trip!!

Yes! You MUST do a F&W post! I'm getting bore and antsy from waiting too and it will give me some reading material! Lol!!

I know EXACTLY how you feel, the waiting at the end is the WORST! It's weird how a whole week can go by super fast still, but the day is just dragging... Possibly bc all I can do is look up Disney stuff and stalk friends who are currently there!

I LOVE the phone case! I have a Jasmine one currently from Hot Topic I love too, that's so my style!

I use IG a lot, and will most def be live posting there through my trip, I usually post my IG pics to FB too, but yes, add me, or approve me or wwhatever, I'm denovagirl on there too! And I'll add you!

That is me! I love baking and cupcakes are a favorite to make!! The secret is in the frosting! I haven't really posted much to IG but I'm going to try and change that.

Yay for BOG Fastpass! I really LOVE the potato leek soup they have there! I know you are only getting desserts though. Have you ever had the Grey Stuff before? Loads of people rave about it, I don't know if it was just an off day when I had it...but I didn't really care for it that much you will have to let me know how it is for you! If you really like it, then I may have to give it another try!

MORE Mickey Mail!! At the beginning you thought you weren't going to be getting any! You have gotten a lot now!! That is so exciting! How fun that you get the luggage tags too! We hardly ever get to use Magical Express, but I always really did like it when we did!

I think Jeremy and I will get the crane this year!! At Animal Kingdom they had that ugly green wall at the base of the Tree of Life in our photos from this past trip...LOL! I don't know if you remember of not, but back in 1997 they decorated the castle like a cake. Somewhere in a box, I have a photo with that cake castle, most people HATE HATE HATE it! I think it is cool though because not many people have it, I feel the same about the crane...lmao!! Since we will have Memory Maker I get to have a photo with it maybe! Hopefully it will be down before your trip though! That way it won't interfere with your photos!

lol, I can totally see you always feeling like your waiting to go, cause you are! A nice frustration to have sometimes though, although I'm sure it can be overwhelming too!

Never had the Grey Stuff! never been to New Fantasyland! I have heard good and bad about the Grey Stuff but i just want to try it so I can just say I've had the Grey Stuff and hopefully its delicious!

I have heard of the pink cake castle hate! Its cool you have a picture with it but I think I prefer the real deal, I mean you just can't improve upon it! Even if you wind up with the crane for the F&W trip atleast it shouldn't hopefully be there for your birthday trip! Thats a bonus!
