Spyware blocker info, please

What do you use? Any recommendations? DH downloaded a free one but we have a couple of sites that refuse to be deleted.

The kid's computer needs some attention!

Spybot Search and Destroy is what is used here at work. Its really good. Also Spyware Blaster is another

1 - Spybot Search and Destroy

2 - AdAware by Lavasoft

3 - AVG antivirus

All three are freeware and work great!
