Springtime Surprise Weekend 2025 (April 3-6)

Was wondering when someone would do this! I most likely won't be in but as per usual I'm curious about what they do with the theme.

Already booked a family suite at All Star Music, since I’m hoping my grandma will be able to come with me, and I’m going to surprise her with a 5K entry

I will be back again next year. Have decided to continue until at least year 5 to start my own unofficially perfect status; even if runDisney never does for Springtime. A little hot, but still a very fun event!

That's my plan as well. I had SW perfect in hand until 2020 happened. Perfect so far for Springtime. We'll see if they end up recognizing it when the time comes. If not, I'll be unofficially perfect

I’m hoping that we might get a minor heat reprieve next year, with the races being earlier in April

I guess I'm coming along for the ride even through I'm pretty sure (absent a "to die for" theme or winning the lottery) that I will be skipping Springtime in 2025. I'm already registered for Wine & Dine and Dopey next season and I know that I will be planning at least one non-running trip to Florida in 2025 to experience Epic Universe. That, along with another goal race or two, means that my wallet will be empty - again.

But who knows? Things can always change...

I did the same during my last SW race and yet I was there for all three this year. It's all about the themes for me!

I don't like the heat that seems to come with Springtime, but one Wine & Dine weekend that I did was just as hot and it was a half marathon on Sunday. So I keep coming back to "it's only 10 miles."

Been thinking about doing Springtime next year as I haven't done a 10-miler since the 2012 ToT 10 Miler. It's a nice distance. A great theme could push me over as I really only have MW on my 24-25 runDisney calendar right now and would like to do 2 weekends.
