Springhill Suites @ Seaworld

Has anyone stayed here? I am considering it for 3/25-4/01. Any opinions on it?

I've never stayed there but did stay at The Residence Inn Seaworld LOVED it Love that it has a Kitchenette.

I have not stayed there either, but I saw it over the summer. I believe it and the Fairfield Inn, which is adjacent to it, just opened in July, 2009. It is close to SeaWorld (faces the back side of the SeaWorld Park), but not within walking distance of the park entrance. There is not a lot around it, but I think there was a restaurant (possibly a Friday's, but I may be mistaken) in the parking lot in front of both hotels. Aqautica is on the same side of International Drive as both hotels (probably about a 1/2 mile from the hotels). I would think it would be nice since it is new.

We stayed here in August. It's brand new and the suites are nice. The only thing is that the bathroom opens directly into the bedroom area. It therefore, lacks privacy. We didn't like that at all. August is a quiet time usually but the breakfast area was crazy busy- it was very hard to get breakfast items and almost impossible to sit down. It is incredibly convenient to SeaWorld and Aquatica!! I think I would try the Fairfield Inn next time just because of the bathroom setup, but overall we were happy there.
