Spring "What are you reading?" Book Thread

I read the The Second Short Life of Bree Tanner in like 2 days and I'm going to start reading the Sookie Stackhouse novels once we get settled into our new home :)

Yes, Sizzling Sixteen just OK -same thing over and over ...

Just started The Spellman Files - fun books. I enjoyed the Body Movers Series too.

I agree with on about Sizzling Sizteen - it just wasn't that good. I'm tired of the whole Ranger/Joe saga - just pick one already!

I just finished the 4th Spellman Files book a month or so ago - I love that series - sorry that it's over.

I just started the Outlander series -so far I've gotten through the first 2 and I'm ready to start book 3.

I just finished the Kingdom Keepers II. I didnt know the third would be out so soon. I think the first one was better, but I still enjoyed the second. I also really enjoyed the Nanny Diaries and the second book Nany Returns.
I enjoyed the Au Pair series and now am getting into the House of Night series. Read both Lauren Conrad books and they were pretty enjoyable. I like a lot of young adult books because they are easy fun reads.

I haven't read these books, but they seem like they would be easy, fun, and maybe a little gossipy books. Candy Spelling's book, I think it's called Candyland and her daughter Tori's books. I think the first one is a tell all, then the rest or about being a mom. Maybe the library has them in their collection. It might be interesting to see what went on behind the walls of that HUGE house.

I just got Sizzlin Sixteen at the library and Joanne Fluke's lasted Apple Turnover something (I love those books!). I just read Allison Arngrim (Nellie from Little House) Melissa Sue Anderson (Mary from Little House) and Melissa Gilbert (Laura from Little House) I normally don't read bios but these were quick easy read books. I read Debbie MacComber Mrs Miracle and it was good, somehow I missed that book, I thought I had read all of hers.

I have enjoyed Joanne Fluke's books but they too are getting to be like Sizzlin Sixteen - pick a man!!

I'm re-reading Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series, and I'm almost done with the 2nd book, Dragonfly in Amber. I'm re-reading because I think I have 2 new books in the series, and I read the earlier books over 10 years ago. They're favorites but monster reads- 700+ pages! I also have the first 2 kingdom keeper books that I keep meaning to start.
I have Sizzling Sixteen on hold at the library too!

Yay! I can't wait to get home from work so I can read it. Eric is awesome but I love Bill & Sookie. Are you following the show too? Hmm...I haven't heard of the other two series that you mentioned.

I started reading the Black Dagger Brotherhood series and really like it. I have found several new favorites from the ones mentioned on the posting. Thanks for the great ideas!

I have been reading Suzanne Brockmann's Tall Dark and Dangerous series......hot hot hot on a steamy summer night

Then onto hmmmmmmm either J R Wards Black Dagger Brotherhood series, Brockmann's Troubleshooter series or rereading Outlander.....decisions decisions.......

Reading books that make me smile LOL :goodvibes:goodvibes:goodvibes

Currently reading Deep Storm by Lincoln Child, almost half way through and a pretty good rad so far.

Also, previously read Terminal Freeze also by Lincoln Child not bad but not great, glad I only paid a dollar for that book.
