Spring into May Exercise Challenge

30 mins cycling today so thats 150/800
 
20 min walk last night & 15 min abs/waist puts me at 155/1600.
 

70 minutes on the treadmill this morning puts me at 185/1200 :)
 
30 minutes today, i would have done more but the temperatures here in so. florida spiked up and i wasnt prepared :(

Woo hoo- 40 more minutes this morning, on top of 40 last night, and I've hit 200/1200!!! (Seriously, I'm beginning to think this is unhealthy- every time I'm at the computer, I'm thinking whether or not I should jump on and get 20 more minutes!)

Tuesday I did 30 minutes and Wednesday I did 25 minutes high intense cardio with Bob and 20 minutes of weights.

Hidy ho my fellow DISers! I did 70 last night betweeen the treadmill and weights. My official total is 102/500.I'm so excited we leave tomorrow for Walt Disney World. We're also going on a 3 day cruise on Disney Wonder. I'm going to try to be good.

Had a great workout last night, really had fun. Guess that is what it's all about right.

Now at 235/1200
 
Strength training yesterday for 30 minutes ~ new total 110/1100!

:idea: At the end of the month, we should total how many minutes our entire group exercised.
 
I can add 24 minutes today so my total is 83/600. Tonite we volunteer for Special Olympics track and field so I can add more time tomorrow. Some of those guys walk so fast I have to jog to keep up!! :rotfl2:

45 min walk because I'm REALLY trying to avoid working on the Garage Sale stuff and the pups were looking at me with their SAD eyes!!

Now at 12.5% - 200/1600
 
May 1: 24 minute walk
May 2: 22 minute walk and a 51 minute walk
May 3: 22 minute walk and 38 minute swim

Total: 157!
