Spring into May Exercise Challenge

First few days of May, 115 minutes. So far I'm 115/820.
 
I did anoth 70 min yesterday bringing my grand total to: 220/900

Still have a cold but was able to get in 65 minutes on the treadmill this morning. Total so far=295/1200
 

125/1000 Not the week I was hoping for.

Fri May 4
30 min walk to gym
60 min cardio class
dancing but didnt keep track of time

Sat May 5
60 min cardio step class
walking around zoo for 5 hrs but didnt keep track of time

so please add another 150 mins for me - thank you
 
I took a short (30 minutes) walk on both Friday and Saturday for a total of 60for a new total of 170/1100

Today, I plan on wogging 50 minutes and strength training 15 minutes, but I'll report the actual minutes after I've completed it.

I did 20 minutes of strength training and 45 minutes of wogging for a total of 65 minutes today. My May total is 235/1100

My kids are in a parade today and I may be marching with them. I just love listening to them toot their horns. I might be adding more walking minutes later in the day.
 
I started my day with a nice 30 min. walk. I'm sure I'll be doing some cardio tonight! I'll put my totals then. :goodvibes

I can't believe I'm already 25% towards goal - counting my weekend exercising I'm at 255/1000
