I missed my goal last month by about an hour -- but i didnt start until a week in, and i had a full time job + college classes, now that school is over, im striving hard to reach my goal! please put me down for 600!
Good morning - I will join please - I seem to be finding my targets harder to get at the moment! I will try for 1100 for May, and will start with 30 minutes from this morning.
Please put me down for 1000. I will be going to DW for 10 days so will have to try and get in a 1000 during the times I'm home. Though DW should count for lots and lots of walking.
I'd like to try for 500 minutes. What a great idea! So, do we report ever day how many minutes we did that day? How's this work? Can you tell I'm new? heehe
How many minutes a day do you want to work out and how many days a week? Let's say you want to workout 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. That's 150 minutes. Multiply that by how many weeks in the month. Which I believe is 5 this month. So 150 minutes X 5 weeks= 750 minutes.
