Can you tell I'm new? heeheHow many minutes a day do you want to work out and how many days a week? Let's say you want to workout 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. That's 150 minutes. Multiply that by how many weeks in the month. Which I believe is 5 this month. So 150 minutes X 5 weeks= 750 minutes.
