Yep. I love Disney merch but the water bottle and towel are still in the box somewhere. zero excitement when I received those.

I got a second water battle after my second direct purchase in the fall. But, it was a 300 point purchase so maybe only if it’s a certain number of points?

You can ask for them at the DVC kiosk at VDH or the sales office at DLH or VGC. They have them at WDW but I think they are much much harder to get.

I have about a week until the final payment of our 200 point contract. If we get anything, I'll report back. Yeah, I have the gold water bottles and cooling towel from when we added on at VGF's fire sale a couple of years ago.

I wonder if they do it for 150+? I've received 2 sets of the bottles but each time we bought 150+, my most recent one is also 200 and I submitted the final payment last week so we'll see if another one comes in?

We received the same gold set (water bottle/towel) in Oct 23 and with our Jan 26 contract. Both 150 pts RIV. We did not receive those for our 100 pt CCV in Jan 26. So maybe 150 is the cutoff?

Either way, we have 4 sets of these now. Meh.

Definitely weird to see it. But nice to get some money back.

So my final payment is done, dues are paid, framed print received, and now MB check received. I think that's it, right? My direct purchasing experience is officially over?? Exciting but kind of sad...ha!
