My family and I are usually doing the dining plan. We were thinking about doing 1 table service restaurant and 1 signature restaurant then quick service. Any good recommendations for quick service restaurants.

MK - The Plaza
AK - Yak & Yeti / Tusker House when it had characters
HS - 50s prime time
EP - eating around the world / QS or festival booths

Signature Dining:
Jiko - AKL
California Grille - CR

Magic Kingdom: TS: Skipper's Canteen
Hollywood Studios: This one has stumped me. We've never been too crazy about the food at HS
Epcot: Via Napoli

Resort Restaurants: Ale and Compass

I second Satuli and Skipper Canteen! My wife and I have been to both of them twice and loved the food, atmosphere and CMs at both.
