Spring Break At Disney!

OK ok....

Day 2 Continued....

So after our yummy lunch, we probably went back to chill, maybe a little shopping at Walmart.

That evening, we hit Old Town. On weeknights, it is pretty good. On the weekends, it can get kind of shady.

We walk around, hit the cute little shops. The hippie store, taffy shop, leather store, etc. (my dad loves black market minerals).

We went to the arcade as well (don't know where those pics are )

So we played some games, won some tickets. Now, we talk about the DIS...my dad doesn't really get it, but he knows lime green is the color. Everytime he saw a green shirt, he asked, "is that a DISer?"

So with the tickets, we got him a lime green baseball cap! He was so excited! I think we have some pics coming up on later days...


Next up: Day 3....no clue what we did that day, its been that long!

i really like old town!

i have been in the grim haunted house.
it scared the stuffing out my one son, he was about 6 years old on that one...


we always went to old town when i rented cars some years back.

i know it is not everyone's favorite spot, but i loved to wander in the shops there.

Day 3.....What did we do?...Oh yea, Typhoon Lagoon!

So we get up and decide that it is a day for a Water Park....well what better than Typhoon Lagoon!

Now I have no clue what order these are in....and you won't see many pictures of us because there is no way you are seeing us in our fleshy suits!

So we get some seats by the wave pool and decide to go on the newest ride there...Crush n Gusher! Very cool ride.....definitely gives you a colon cleaning

After, we probably did some more slides and stuff...then over to shark reef. I love this place! Patty has a digital underwater camera so we get some sick shots of the fish. The people were giving her the weirdest look because they didn't realize (or had never seen) that it was an underwater camera.

So we head out and decide to hit the Olive Garden! (A Florida tradition)

After a tasty dinner, we decide to end the night with a stop at DTD. How I love it there! After some browsing...Patty wanted to get a pic:

Hear that everyone? We should all start booking our 2009 trip now to crash the wedding...
