Spring Break 2018. When is yours??

Hi there!
My son is officially entering the exciting yet restricted world of kindergarten next year. For the first time ever we will have to (gasp) plan our vacations around...dun dun dun....SCHOOL BREAKS!

Of course I just bought DVC this year to boot and cannot wait to exercise my 11 month booking period at my home resort.

With that said we are thinking "spring breaks" will work best for our family. Given Easter is 4/1/2018 next year I am hoping on a wing and a prayer that 4/8-4/13 will be less crazy than the typical spring break/Easter time.

So my question for you all...when is your official school spring break??

I'll start us off..

4/9-4/13 Central CT

Southern NH here, ours is always the last week of April.

I'm in Central NY. Our district is March 30-April 6.
My son will be in college. His is March 19-23.

My daughter is starting school this coming school year and planning around a school schedule is going to be a huge adjustment for our little family. Her break is March 12-16. Which is actually one of the earlier breaks in the county.

There are 3 main Districts in my County in NE KS

My district that I live in is one of them:
March 12-16 2018. March 19th is considered Professional Day so no students but isn't considered part of Spring Break

The other 2 main districts in the county:
March 12-16 2018 for both
One of them has March 19th off as well for Professional Day but still not considered Spring Break

All of Oklahoma usually has the same spring break, ours is also scheduled for March 19-23. I have family in the Dallas, TX area, and their spring break is always the same week as OK or the week before.

No WDW trip for us next year but we hope to be enjoying spring weather in East Tx with some family. There's nothing so intoxicating as plum blossoms, for me!
