I have contacted Mouse for Less and they have said they would allow people to put their disney spreadsheets on their site.
Here is some of the correspondence:
We would love to upload anything that you would like to contribute.
Yes, we have some things on the site that are contributed by readers. Some,
like the Planning Kit that you noticed, prefers to remain anonymous and just
have us upload it to our site. Others, like Becky who sent in the Ultimate
Packing List, does not mind us giving her credit on the site for the
contribution. Just let us know when you send us your file whether or not
you would like your first name mentioned as the contributor to it and we
would be more than happy to add it to our list of trip downloads. Please
keep in mind that once you give us the file to upload, you are giving us permission to share it with anyone who visit our site, free of charge, since
we are a not-for-profit Disney information site.
You can either send me the file directly or send it to
info@themouseforless.com.
* Write on the email that you would like to have the file uploaded to share
with other Disney fans
* Let us know if you would like to have your name included as the
contributor.
* If it is obvious what the file does, no further instruction is necessary.
If instructions are necessary and is not in the file itself, please include
a little note to be included so that our readers would know what to do with
it.
The file would be uploaded within our download section at:
http://themouseforless.com/downloads.shtml and the actual sub-section it is loaded to would depend on what the file is. What you described sounds like
something for the trip, so it would more than likely be within the subsection:

Once it is uploaded, we will let you know the specific url so that you can
take a look at it and let us know if any changes are necessary.

Some of the best things there are contributed by generous Disney fans who would like to share what they have with others.
Well that is it. I hope people do it, it would be nice to view differant peoples spreadsheets. I also did it to make it easier on the people who have so generously sent them to us already.
