Spreading the magic

So I did my own bit of spreading the magic this week. Only my daugter would ride the "thrill" headliners with me, but there were five in our family. So I'd get 5 FP and we'd only use the two. After the ride, if she didn't want to ride again, I'd take those extra three FP and take a look around. I'd spot a party of three heading to the standby line and offer them up. You should have seen the looks on people faces, it was priceless and made my day over and over again!

Wonderful gesture! It would be great if everyone tried to spread the magic in some way (not saying that a lot of people don't).

I love these stories! We always try to spread the magic a little bit - doing what we can (giving away FPs to BTMRR or EE, etc.). It's fun to do little magical things at the most magical place on earth :).

We were there just over a week ago and did the same thing. There were 10 in our party, but only 6 (sometimes 7) would ride the "thrill" rides. We usually had 10 FP and just gave the extras to someone as we walked up.

Best was at EE. A family of 4 walked up to get in teh syand-by line and the son (guessing about 8 yo) asked his dad, "why don't we just use FP". Of course they didn't have any and the dad was explaining they couldn't get one yet. I handed then our 4 extra and they were so thankful. It really made the rest of our day a little better to be able to spread some magic. pixiedust:
