Spoodles Dinner Click on the photos to enlarge them.
Appetizers - Garlic Shrimp with preserved lemon, Grillled Lamb kefta with Cous Cous, kids fruit

Entrees - Oak fired NY Strip Steak with sweet potato steak fries drizzled with horseradish sauce, Portuguese Seafood Stew, Kids chicken with mashed potato.

Desserts - Chocolate apricot pistachio cake, Vanilla Bean creme Brulee, Ice cream sundae, cookies and milk, Sampler plate

The Garlic Shrimp were perfectly cooked and a decent size. The sauce was mouthwatering with just enough sharpness to it and really garlicy. This was the best appetizer of all our meals. The lamb kefta was good and nicely spiced. Both appetizers were excellent.
The steak was so juicy and huge! the horseradish sauce and sweet potato fries which were more like a wedge complimented it perfectly. A superb entree. The Seafood stew was delicious, crammed with fesh seafood, but not overwhelmingly fishy. It had a nice mildly spicey kick to it. The kids chicken was cooked plain but it was cooked nicely.
Dessert
The gelato was delicious and really creamy but not too sweet. The creme brulle was nice and light, Pistachio chocolate cake was bittersweet, very rich and complimented by the sharp rasberry sorbet. The best dessert was the sampler platter as we got a taste of everything and fought over the white chocolate HSOE dessert. Delicious!
We loved the food and service so much we ate at Spoodles twice! It was the best 1 TS meal and excellent value as the meal was $270 for 4 adult meals and 1 childs meal. I highly recommend Spoodles.
ETA - the meal was served with fresh bread and the most delicious Olive dipping sauce. We dont even like olives that much but the sauce was addictive!!!
