Has anyone eaten at spoodles for breakfast? We are going for christmas and my daughter wanted to upgrade to deluxe dining as this will be more of a relaxing trip with one day at each park.
Christmas morning everything in or near epcot is booked up. Spoodles had an opening for breakfast, so we grabbed it.
Any comments on breakfast there?

We were on the Platimun Plan and went here for breakfast for our 25th Ann trip. It was really good. The CM'S were so nice. The food was good and we had a lot of fun.:thumbsup2

We did it once and it was terrible, overcooked eggs, burnt potatoes, greasy and stale biscuits and croissants....the sad thing is by the time you add your meal, juice, coffee...it is more expensive than a buffet! (for us non DDPers)

Wow! Nicki you had a real bad experience. We had just the opposite.
It was one of the best breakfast except for Kona Cafe & Tonga toast:worship: . That's such a shame when you have a bad experience. It stinks!

Thank you MickeyNicki and ROEDISNEY. Wow what a difference in reviews and that was what I am a little afraid of as it is Christmas morning.
The rest if our day is set, but this one has me a bit worried. Guess I will keep trying for a cancellation or see if someone comes through from the ADR cancellation/trade thread.
Thank you again!!

I've eaten breakfast there more than once. I find the food good, but standard good, if you know what I mean:confused3 But the service can be VERY slow. I'd find another place, have you looked at Yacht & Beach Club or Swan & Dolphin for breakfasts? Good luck and enjoy the trip!

I would keep that ADR - you probably won't find anything on Christmas, I'm surprised you found that one! We have not been to Spoodles for breakfast in a while but when we did it was good. Nothing spectacular but it was a good breakfast ;)

When we did Spoodles it was at 8am, we were the only people in the place. I want to try it again since we are staying at the BWI but DH is not feeling it. I would love to try the breakfast pizza thing

Thank you DeeDee, tzeitel and Mickey Nicki. We have actually been very lucky at adding more ADR's except for Christmas morning.
Everything is full for a party of 5, not surprisingly so. At this point we will probably keep spoodles or maybe just eat counter service.
Thank you everyone!

I think the statement above is incorrect --
The majority of entrees are $9.99 (or less)
Coffee $2.19
Juice $2.59
Total $14.77
I do not believe there is any buffet on property that is less than $14.77.

We've had breakfast at Spoodles and had a great time. Food was fresh, hot, and plentiful. The service was super! :cool1:

All I know is that for the 2 of us to at Spoodles with 2 large juices, 2 coffees and 2 breakfasts it was just $10 total cheaper than the breakfast we had at Cape May and Boma and both of those breakfasts crushed Spoodles.
