There's a very cute store over by E.T. called SpongeBob Storepants. There's also a SpongeBob float in the parade, and you can meet some of the characters throughout the day.

There is also the Character Breakfast in Universal At The Cafe Le Bamba, which features numerous stars, including SpongeDude!
