i bought a jolees scroll to go with it, but it does not fit on the front, so i'll just put them in with the stuff and you can put it wherever you want on the page. it's not sticky anywhere though? so you'll have to use some glue dots on the back of it. but it's red and gold like the folder.

i don't have that one. i looked for it at michaels last week when they were on sale and they don't carry that one. ugh! how about a lantern thingy?

I think the China file folder is really nice, love the colors! And I get one of those, too! Dont worry about getting in a rut because you never know when you will get someone new in the group, like me, who really has doesnt have much yet, and will love everything and Im already thinking how to use it! Yea!

I'm not in this group, but the Pooh stuff is cute too!

I think it looks elegant. I don't think things need to be overembellished. I love the differences- what I look for is quality materials and items that are made well (no glue boogies and straight cuts.

i don't think they have to be overembellished either. that being said, dh said the front was way to plain and it looked boring. so i did make a lantern thingy for the front. and i pop dotted it and it does look better. i've only made one so far. so i put them on or leave it off??

PO3, the Pooh and Minnie elements are cute! I also like the China folder. It's very pretty and elegant. I agree with AWM and go with what your gut and what you would want to receive back. That's what's so great about these swaps is that we all make/see things differently and since we do, our books don't have the same thing over and over again.

i'm putting it on! i pop dotted it and it looks good. i *think* i have to go with dh in that it looked too plain. i really hate to admit that he was right!!!

Yep, M's set me off when the sale was going on.. they don't carry soccer solutions because NO ONE in our county plays soccer... I had to enlighten the manager and had her give me a phone book and showed her that every big city in the county was home to recreational soccer and that 5 of the bigger towns actually housed TRAVEL soccer teams and the fact that there were LOTS of kids that played soccer in our county!!

I went back only because they had 12x12 scrapbooks on sale for $5.00..and they are the brand I like....so I bought 6 of them. I've already got them err marked for certain things...and DH said he'd be glad to get more if I can get the stack of pages I have finished into books!!!

Yes, I know the due date is fast approaching...but I am done and wanted to give you all a sneak peak, so to speak... (It has been a long morning already...)

Here is my Mickey Head Ice Cream group - the ice creams are dimensional.

Here is Jango's Indy group - he designed it all and I did most of the detail work. Yes, the hat is felt...

And last, but not least, is PrincessMinnie's Cinderella group - she designed it (and redesigned it several times), but I did all of the cutting (she is only 5...). She has a real skirt, which you can't see in the picture...sigh...
