Spoiled by OKW - Will BWV "do" for F&W?

We love the Epcot resorts! October will be our 2nd stay in a row at BWV and Feb will find us back at BCV where we stayed Oct07 too. Love the area!

We had two rooms during our BWV stay in April, the first was Luna view and not a bad walk at all. The second was far, far away from the elevators, but it was fine b/c I was still alot closer to IG than I would have been had we stayed anywhere other than the Epcot area, lol. The convenience of the area in general completely overshadowed the long hallways!

We are BWV owners. We were there for the F &W last year. We loved a leisurely walk back from Epcot. It's so scenic & relaxing to us. It's usually quieter. The lights are dimmed until you get to the BW. We it. We stayed at BWV 3 times in the last year. Each time we had a room that had been remodeled recently, had the newer sleeper beds, & we usually request a room as close to the Luna Pool & workout area as possible. We head out of the door by the workout "Muscles & Bustles" ? area rather than go through the lobby.

You can also rent a scooter right on the BW. This was very convenient w/ on the trip for my Mom. If you really don't want to walk, take the boat.

You can even grab a glass a wine on your way out to sip & your stroll back

We were at BWV in March. We stayed directly above the Wyland Gallery....literally. It was great. Everything was nice and in good repair. Mousekeeping was excellent! Absolutely no complaints here.

Have not done f and w, have stayed at bcv and bwv (last year)

There is nothing wrong with the resort, some folks just notice stuff more than others.

The fun thing to try is hang out on the boardwalk at night. My husband loves the banjo player, and the other sideshows are cool. It is something a little different to do and a quick walk to your room

also, we take the boats. I personally like riding the boats for me it is like a ride in itself at disney. it is one reason why I really like OKW and bought there

Walking may not put you close to the WS but the boat docks at the International Gateway which is right by France. (Can you tell I've never walked from BWV?)

Walking brings you right up next to that boat dock. You end up in the same place, whether you walk or take the boat.

aha! We've walked to the Studios several times but not EPCOT.
