We are going to be a group of seven on many occassions during our next trip. It is our family of five and our two friends. We want to all eat together but want the bill split. Has anyone else done this. :confused3 We will not be doing the DDP and we have the DDE while the couple we are with does not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It will not be a problem to get seperate bills. Just tell the server before ordering. We did this as a grand gathering with nine people and three seperate checks. :upsidedow

Normally the servers are more than willing to split the bill. It is best to let them know at the start; it makes it much easier on them as well as more accurate.

However, if you are going to include your friends in the DDE Discount, you can only have one bill at the table. What you may want to do is carry a small caclulator to figure their share and decide on a method (either cash or check) for them to pay you back. Or if it will be for several meals they can pay for some of the meals; the DDE Cardholder must be present for the discount, but the credit card (or room charge) used does not have to be the DDE cardholder.
