Will my Mom and I be able to use our own credit cards for our own magic bands?

I don't care if everything goes onto my card or hers, but if we can split our expenses onto our own wrists... I mean credit cards, it would be great.

Will Disney allow that?

They say they can but they make mistakes. You should check your account after the first day to see if it worked. On our last trip, my nephew’s card was put on his account but his charges went to our card anyway. When we noticed it, it was too late and we ended up just getting reimbursed after the trip by his parents.

Agree with the PP's, the resort can do it but sometimes there are issues.

My sister and I do this when we travel together and found it helpful to purchase something at the gift shop, even a bottle of water to see if things are being processed correctly.

yes from past experience it can be a mess! We will be 6 people in one villa. I will be the only one to charge. The college age kids either don't have a cc or i won't let them take the chance of charging too much. They all have gift cards. When it's gone it's gone. My friend and Sister might charge but again...they can just use their card directly. Not going through that mess again and this time with 3 people! NO Thanks! It literally took months to resolve because Disney kept saying my friends charges weren't paid (that were on my card) and we paid the charges in full the night before we left! :sad2:
