Anyone ever do dinner and then bowling at splitsville? How hard was it to get a lane and did they offer bumpers? Thinking of going on a non park day in the evening but it's new since we were last there...

We've done it two ways: eat while bowling (apps and drinks) or bowl and eat (with a group joining us). Both were great! They not only have bumpers, they also have ramps for the kids if necessary...

When you check in for dinner, I'd ask for a lane reservation post-dinner. They've been very accommodating!

I've done it twice, but always in the morning on a weekday. I did not make any reservations and there were plenty of empty lanes. We bowled first (with drinks and apps) then ate lunch. For the evening, you may need reservations.

We usually eat and bowl at the same time...every lane has tables at them. But, I have only ever gone first thing for lunch. There are bumpers on every lane, they pop up automatically when it is the child's turn.

Can you order off the dinner menu while bowling?

Right when we were taken to our lane a waitress came up to the table to take our drink order and gave us menus. We ordered from her (sushi and kids meals) and ate right there as we bowled...it was a big menu, the one on their website. I imagine they do the same thing at dinner.

I wonder if I can cancel my dinner adr and book a lAne for the same time.

This is a fantastic idea! On my last trip to Disney with FI's family we went to Splitsville after dinner for bowling and drinks. We were early for our bowling res so we had a drink at the bar, then went up to our lane when ready. We were able to order food and drinks throughout. Our waiter - I can't remember his name unfortunately - was great!! Told my FI that if he could get a strike bowling the ball from between his legs, the waiter would bring him a free drink. FI didn't make it, then the waiter bowled a spare, and brought FI a drink anyways! Excellent service here and it is a blast. The music was great too- a bit night clubish and very fun. We were there quite late so it was more of a night club feel- not sure what it's like in the day. Would go back 100%. Food was incredible.

The food at splitsville was not very good IMO. Chicken burger was dry, and fries were so salty. My DS didnt like his dish either. I'd bowl, then eat elsewhere.

We've enjoyed dining at Splitsville a few times now (3 times I think) doing both bowl and dine at the same time as well as once for just dining. We've been very happy with the quality of the food there. Certainly a cut (or two) above the typical bowling alley food. A very large selection of foods as well.

As far as bumpers go, they set it up so that the bumpers are active for the individual bowler that needs them.

We got a table but then our lane opened up so we just moved our food right to our lane....waitress was incrdible!
