Split Stay??

For anyone who has done this, just wondering how it can work. When or if I find a code or lucky enough to get a pin.....just wondering how they would do a split stay. Our kids spring break fall on the last few days of March going into the beginning of April. So if there is a code for April only and I apply it or visa versa, how would they do this?

A split stay is two separate reservations. Each is treated individually.

If you decide to make 2 reservations in order to take advantage of a discount that is only available for part of the stay, you will make 2 reservations. This will require 2 deposits. If you are staying at the same resort for both reservations, you will need to check out and check back in on the day when the first reservation ends and the second begins. Although they will not guarantee that you get to stay in the same room, unless you are changing category of room, you most likely will get to stay in the same room. When checking in the first time you should mention that you have a second reservation that continues after the first.

and for packages, that means that you will have to get a 1day base ticket as well for the 2nd package...

We have done 3 split stays so far, usually 5 nights at one place and 4 at the other, if I am lucky enought to get a discount for both places. Sometimes the entire stay at one resort is not available with a discount so I have to take whatever days are.
