Split Stay - On Site /Off Site FP+ Question

If we stay on site for our first day and then off site the remaining 6 days of our vacation, when can we book our FP+? Could we book the first two days at 60 days? Do we have to wait for 30 days for the remaining?

Also, would we get 2 days of free parking for the parks with a one night stay?

60 days prior to your onsite check-in to book FPs for the first two days of your stay. Beginning with the 3rd day of your trip, you can book 60 days in advance of each park day.

Yes, you'll have free parking for your check-in and check-out day.
