Hi,

I'm looking at visiting WDW next year and usually the UK gets a free ddp offer for stays throughout certain months.

I want to stay at 2 resorts (1 week at each) but just wondering if I book the free dining plan at the first hotel with 2 weeks worth of park tickets, do you think if I rang up Disney and explained I want to make a new reservation for the second hotel but have tickets for the whole stay I'm at the 1st and 2nd hotel, they will be able to add the dining for free or will I have to pay oop?

I've read that room only reservations don't qualify for the ddp but I will technically have tickets, just not as part of that reservation.

Although I'm 99% sure I won't be able to add it for free to the second half of the stay, I'm just hoping someone who has been in this situation will be able to help.

Thanks in advance

No. You will have to pay out of pocket for the second week; or
You can book the second week as an entirely separate ticketlss package (by calling); or
You can change your reservation to the full two weeks at one resort, and get your tickets and free dining for the entire trip.

There is NO SUCH THING as a split stay as far as hoteliers are concerned. One stay/package is one reservation. Changing hotels, or even just rooms, is an entirely separate and distinct reservation.

I thought that was the case, thanks for the response
